Stephen McWhirter is a worship artist and songwriter from Louisville, KY. His own recording of "Come Jesus Come" has drawn hundreds of millions of views across platforms and was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2024 K-LOVE Fan Awards.
"Come Jesus Come" won the 2025 Dove Award for Gospel Song of the Year, and it is nominated again this year for Song of the Year at the 2026 Dove Awards. He also co-wrote the CeCe Winans version (feat. Shirley Caesar), winner of the 2026 Grammy for Best Gospel Song, and received a BMI Songwriter Award for the song.
He is the ECPA bestselling author of Radically Restored: How Knowing Jesus Heals Our Brokenness (Zondervan, foreword by Lee Strobel).
